Which way to close mini blinds has more privacy?

I just moved and my apartment is ground floor with the walkway to enter the building passing right by my windows. The windows all came with mini blinds pre installed- but which way of closing them gives the most privacy. Down- meaning that the part of the blinds facing you is down- with the arch towards you, or Up- meaning the feet of the arch of the blinds is towards you. I can’t seem to figure out which is better? Any personal opinions?

I would say up…It seems to have the most privacy…
