Does anyone sell a Hand Held portable digital television? I had a 2.5 inch analog (useless after Feb19, 2009)

I lent out my old portable 2.5 inch television. I would like to buy a new portable, hand held television, but of course it needs to be a digital for obvious reasons. All signals will be sent digital after Feb. 19, 2009. Up to a 9 inch screen would be alright, but smaller, like about a 3 inch screen, is better.
Does anyone know who sells them and about how much they cost?

I don’t think it matters if its not hooked up to cable.

When access to plumbing is scarce or untrustworthy, portable sinks can help stop the spread of infection, guarantee access to water, promote cleanliness, and create more convenient work environments.
