I am from Punjab, India can anyone guide me what vegetables fruits and vegetables can reduce fat and cholesterol?

I have 44 years of age at 84 kg weight and have high blood sugar and cholesterol please help that fruits vegetables legumes and other diet is best for me

Most vegetables when cooked with less oil will help reduce the fat content of foods to eat for every meal, as they add to most of the food due to its high fiber content. Vegetables contain more fat than vegetables, but it will help too, oil is always used in moderation while cooking. Fruits, However, no cholesterol (fats), but do not contain sugar (fructose) and therefore can not be consumed in large amounts by diabetic patients. I can suggest that you should switch to Stevia Leaf powder (or fresh leaf of Stevia, if you can grow plants in your garden) to replace all the sugar consumed ….. Stevia can be used to sweeten tea, kheer, cold drinks, ice cream and other dishes. Steviat is free of fat and sugar. You should try to reduce their weight to a level acceptable (check your weight to height ratio, giving your ideal BMI), by regular exercise, avoid plant foods so you can manage and and cooked fresh vegetables at every meal. Try some yoga too, every day and then you should be fine!

New developments in measuring pulse rate, announced by the BBC

The following publication is a response to the recent BBC article on new technological advances in the field of blood pressure measurement. The importance of this new method of measuring blood pressure is discussed, and its current and future applications in other areas of medicine went popular.

The BBC today welcomed a new technological advances that allow doctors to measure blood pressure of arterial blood flowing through the aorta.

So what is the arterial blood flow and making it so important?

arterial blood flow refers to the blood that is pumped directly into your heart through your arteries. Has a strong pulse is highly peroxide (as opposed to vascular deoxygenated blood that is returning back to the heart).

By measuring arterial blood flow in the aorta, the Doctors will now be able to get a reliable reading of reality pressuare blood where one's heart, and by extension, a more accurate risk a patient for heart disease.

As well as blood pressure readings, blood pressure is also important to obtain rate a heart patient and Sp02 measurements. Both notebooks pulse oximeters, professional edge the finger pulse oximeters perform this task through its ability to accurately distinguish between blood pressure and other interference (venous blood, fat, bone, muscle and even nail polish). This is possible because the probe sensors looking out for the pulsating rhythm of arterial blood as it pumps from the heart.

To obtain reading SP02, oximeters also have to look for differences in the levels of absorption of red light and infrared caused by the difference in color between oxygen-dependent (bright red) and oxygen-independent (dark red or sometimes blue) hemoglobin. The percentage linked hemoglobin molecules with oxygen molecules is the oxygen reading – or as Sp02. At rest, a reading of 95% or more indicates a healthy lung function level (with the athletes and athletes also use their oximeters to monitor and improve the performance of Your Body).

To Finally, new advances that allow more precise measurements of blood pressure obtained through the arterial blood flow in the aorta that allows diagnosis much more accurate risk of heart disease and strokes in patients. Some of these measurement technologies are already present in blood Some popular areas of medicine, even more advanced oximeters currently on the market (currently 2% accuracy) that are commonly used by medical professionals, home users, nursing homes and sports alike.

As the arterial blood flow measurement technologies move forward, this will have a ripple effect to other technologies, which can only be beneficial to the overall health of the population.
