what are some good ways to relieve stress?

lately i’ve been stressing over a lot of things, and its causing me to have headaches and i lose a lot of sleep.
any suggestions to relieve my stress?

exercise really does help. it releases the good chemicals in ur brain that helps you relax and ease tension. it doesn’t even have to be at the gym if ur lazy. make it fun. play sports wid a friend (friends). play basketball, or tennis, or go hiking. hiking at the park. go plan a “im really stress lets go out” trip with ur friends. go to the club for a night or go out of town to the beach or a national park.

but going out helps. go hang out with friends, laugh a lil.. or a lot. laughing will help. do something fun. everybody needs a BREAK. ur body needs it. so give it one. go out, play tennis, go have dinner with ppl, or try a new recipe and cook at home.

best thing is, move around and DO something. even squeeze a stress ball. kinestetics reallyl helps the body. it helps release a lot through movement.
