I have deep fine lines. Whats the best drug store fine line reducer?

I have deep fine lines around my nose to my mouth.
I have some fine lines above my cheeks, under my eyes and makeup alone won’t make them disappear. I want to buy Garnier Ultra lift wrinkle roller, but I don’t want to pay $20 for something that won’t work. Has anyone used the Garnier Ultra lift roller? Does it work? If not what drug store brand do you advise me to try that will reduce, make my deep fine lines disappear?
