Pain in the lower half of the feet, when the sprint of lacrosse?

every time we gassers or anything with strong running around the bottom of my feet hurt like crazy. I thought my heels were too tight, so I like them loose as much as possible, but the pain stayed as he ran. pain only calm down when I took my foot off my shoes, but returned wen i stepped back on them. what could be the problem? I was thinking about getting some Dr. Scholl Foot Massage gel. to help with the pain of the event. and if so, what should I get?
