Where else in the Greek Isles can you see beautiful white houses on cliffs?

Hi going to Greece last week of September for about 10 days for honeymoon. We are set on Mykonos and Santorini… but some say they’re expensive.

Santorini is definitely a fabulous place. You don’t need to spend as much money there if you don’t stay in a fancy hotel in Fira or Oia, the two biggest towns. Even the little guest houses and “rooms to let” on the outskirts of these towns are inexpensive. There is an extensive bus network All Over the island that Can Take you to small towns and villages where you can rent a room as well, and also get away from the crowds. The island is dotted with the charming little “cliff houses” or “cave houses” you describe. Many are dug into the soft volcanic hillsides, so the interior rooms are wonderfully cool, even in the dead of summer. Shops in Fira stay open late, incidentally. You will love Santorini!
