Does anyone know the full amount of dry food a Shiatsu X should eat each day please.?

My friend has an X Shiatsu, and is like a small barrel (Fat) in the legs in my opinion. I think it's going to feed more and does'nt get much exercise, or, what feeds the bags of meat and dog food complete dry dog, does anybody know how much dry food should be kept up to date on weight? oz would be good, but I can convert metric for it. Iam only thinking about the health of dogs and I know a fat dog is not a healty one, the dog is only four years old and about as dead woddles old. I have a dog to me himself a German Shepherd x lurcher, which is about ten, but now a very active and affectionate dog that is. if anyone has other information about dogs X shitz about health i would greatly appreciate problems. I'm just thinking about the health of my dog friends that is all. I am your feet get to it more now, as she is a bit of owner a lazy and we had words about it to her, not him walking enough.

shihtzu have grown over the years (hopin u just misspelled oi bad on the morning of the race) never starving dogs, but not about weight or not, if the hunger fed up, like a human being, are neither overweight nor underweight, (The vets say yes!), But we always called the largest tessa tank (hence the barrel walking legs to see!) Lol. ranging from rare trips (due the fact that they refuse to sit and move wen they are tired! and ends at carryin!), but have been released from the garden wen they want. But then again i no veterinary so there wouldnt ov the condition of the dog to get even more information if you can, just tellin you what I know from personal experience.
