HELP! my Lower Back always hurts, need advice massager!?
ok so I can not afford to go to the spa all the time, so it is necessary go to Bed Bath and Beyond to get a back massager, but I can get there? I live alone and may be difficult to massage my lower back itself with one of those Hand Held massagrs hard wired as this: http://www.viewpoints.com/images/review/2009/11/14 /-23876_full.jpg http://www.unwind.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001 / HOHPVM.jpg 1231706246 but I also considered getting those in which they put on a chair http://images.chemistdirect.co.uk/images/productimages/large/homedics_shiatsu_back_massager_with_heat_50303.jpg But I have a real chair in my room. im just a high chair using my desktop. Can you lie in bed with one of those? What do I need?
In my opinion, these products do nothing to help other then relax Your Back muscles, which can be difficult to do with them. 1) Prevent Back Pain with hamstring stretches. For example to walk on the counter, keep your legs straight and touch your toes. Do this in the morning and evening and for 10 minutes each time. 2) You can try an inversion table to relieve all tensions and pain again. 3) Relieve Pain with an electrical stimulator. This emphasizes fatigue in the muscles after so as not to further spasm. 4) go to a chiropractor if it is really bad, it is likely that costs the same as a spa, which will realize what is wrong, and try to solve the problem.

Shiatsu Massage-Chairs A massage therapist when you need it
A few years ago, I was preparing for a piano performance, and putting four to six hours of practice every day. I started having a strange pain in my forearm as I played, but I kept ignoring it. In a couple of weeks became a sharp pain to the end of my wrist, through my arm over my shoulder and down to my shoulder. It started to hurt all the time, if was playing or not. It got so bad that I had to download offers performance and, finally, I stopped playing altogether.
I went to one doctor, physiotherapists, neurologists, and anyone else who might have some idea of how I dress. Nothing worked, and was miserable. I could not play the piano, washing my hair was painful and I could not even change gear in the car. I had no idea how much I depended on my arm and had to start sifting through activities based on whether would or would not irritate my shoulder and make the pain worse. After a few months, it became clear that the pain was originating from a Trigger Point right near my shoulder, and when acted up, all I could do was take some pain medication and ask someone to massage my arm.
Eventually, someone recommended go to a shiatsu massage therapist. Since the first session, I realized I was onto something. After two sessions, the pain and was not always present, and only returned if I did something that directly cause it, like playing the piano, unfortunately.
Shiatsu massage originated in Japan, and is a traditional therapy from the hand of the pressure meaning is known only applying pressure with fingers, palms and thumbs. According to the Japanese Ministry of Health, was created to address imbalances in the body, and for the maintenance and promotion of health.
The very essence of Shiatsu is "Diagnosis and Therapy combined. "This is a highly developed ability of professionals to disharmony felt in the body's energies, and to correct these problems then.
Now money tree in my backyard stopped producing some years ago, so it was not exactly able to afford a massage every week to keep the pain bay. Luckily, someone in the world loves people like me, and found a way to put the ability of the fingers of a shiatsu massage therapist in a Massage Chair.
Now, at first I thought they were kind of bad taste. Then I sat in one. And I never want to leave. It really is like having a masseuse on call, at home. And no doubt beats wasting time in waiting rooms and counting the days until the next appointment. And if you're really in a crisis time, you can perform your job while you get a massage (although I prefer to use that time to sleep or read this great book that has been eluding me for months).
It is a wonderful opportunity for me to sit and rest before starting the day or the end of it. After the first week of having my massage chair, rather than paid for itself in my time use. Not only that, but I'm pain free! Still I can not play the piano for a long time at once, but at least I'm not in constant pain. A large part of it is that I am much more relaxed, so that my muscles are not always trying to conspire against me. If you have pain or not a specific focus on relief, or just have the general tension of everyday life, would definitely recommend looking at the shiatsu massage chairs.
Personally, I'm a fan of the options and provide Omega HoMedics. You can get everything from a pad to put on a chair already have, or (very comfortable) chairs that look really classy, not like the massage chairs of the past ridiculous.
title = "shiatsu massage chairs"> Shiatsu massage chairs are the perfect way to relax and relieve pain without having to go to a masseuse or pay $ 100 per hour.
