Will walking on an incline on the treadmill to lose weight / tone of my thighs the same as running?

If I can burn the same amount of calories in the end? I'm not allowed to run because of my joints weak.

Thin legs when walking and running isn't going to do it alone, you need to strech muscles really, I recommend the combination of high impact with low impact cardio pilates to really give you a lean look without the bulk

The reduction of the thighs, you're doing the right thing for Slim Thighs?

Almost all women hate their thighs and buttocks – it `s It's not really surprising when we `re surrounded by photos of actresses and models slender and cheerful can afford to pay thousands for a personal trainer.

Well, if you are unhappy with your thighs are exercises you can do to get lean, toned thighs – Many of them – but they must be done regularly.

If you're not a fan of gymnastics, so I do not, the following is a routine designed to fit around my life. You'll notice that often the exercise while doing something else, which works for me, but you may prefer to do one thing at a time.

When I think I have a few spare moment (waiting for the PC itself resolve talking on the phone, etc), in the performance of a few leg lifts to the side. Stick a leg to one side, turn so that the knee and toes toward the floor, squeeze your buttocks and slowly lift without arching Your Back. Not as much as you have time for repeating the same number of times on each side – do not want uneven thighs!

Walking uphill or climbing stairs us a great toner thigh. Even a dozen reps up and down the first step will be of great benefit. Cycling is another good one, either on a stationary bike or a "right one", both thighs sucking in.

If you find you have a few minutes to relax, lie on your side, point the finger at the top floor and lift as high as is comfortable, without arching your back. As you get stronger you can add weights to the legs – or even use your hands – as resistance. Do not worry about building muscle, you have to lift heavier weights than the ankle to develop bulk.

The thigh muscle is a large and repeating the exercises regularly, you will notice that the area eventually firm and tone. through its inclusion in their day, they become a habit that will take place automatically, without consciously thinking about it.
