Good Foot Massager?

I'm trying to find a foot / Leg Massager for my mom. She walks every day and sometimes comes home with legs swollen and sore feet. I bought the Dr. Foot Inserts Schools Not very helpful. Now, I'm looking for a foot / Leg Massage can relieve your feet. Are there the good ones are on the cheaper side? And perhaps without water. I told him to see a doctor, but she is stubborn. So I'm going to get a foot massager for a gift early birthday.
