Merc Sprinter – How I can adjust the gear cables?
Merc Sprinter CDI 311 2006 Does anyone know how to adjust the gear selector cable. Merc said to be fit inside the cabin near the shifter, but I've stripped them all down and can not find anythink to adjust … Help please!
adjustment cables gearbox is the end where the cable enters the plastic hinge box, pull the cord slightly and cable up.the lifting slides in or out, depending on whether it is necessary to lengthen or shorten clip push back the best, to score first cable so you have a point to return to if necessary.
