Floating in the left eye, foloowed by pain in the right temple?

I was expecting an important call, the phone rang and picked it up quickly. It was not that I expected (so idk if it's Bloo Press. Related BP never had problems b4) but all of a sudden my left eye, was a brilliant rainbow serpent Floating to the left of my vision. My vision is slightly blurred, especially peripheral vision left.
