Tension headache with neck and jaw pain as well?

When I'm stressed I get tension headaches and the pain becomes to the jaw and neck as well. My shoulders and neck to take up, feel tense and raised, and my face just feels dull the pain. My head, neck, shoulders and face be tender and warm at times and often I feel tired. What is the best thing to do when I feel like this? Should I take aspirin / Sleep it off / exercise? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)

School projects, meeting deadlines at the office and even household chores can be very stressful.
