What is the name of localized pain in the elbow joint of the humerus and radius? Any solution?

My father has recently experienced elbow pain. He says pain is joint meeting of the humerus and radius. He says it only hurts in the muscle, the skin is very well. He does not know if the bone is damaged or however, no. He says he can experience tennis or golf elbow. However, I would be safe. Finally, Is there any cures or home remedies? Want to see a doctor but you need the money. Is there anything that can lessen the pain or cure? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
