Weird sensation after prostate removal due to cancer.?

If my prostate removed three years ago because of cancer. Last day or two it feels like a cell phone on vibrate is in my groin. This is a constant On / off feeling. about 3 seconds each. No matter if I'm dressed or not. Any other person ever this? It's almost as if a 'short' in my penis and the circuit keeps opening and closing. Any advice would be appreciated.
