Vibrating Shiatsu

What is the best Chair Massager out there?? which one do u like/ use and why?
I got one a few yrs back, it was a less expensive one at cvs but it vibrates and has different settings plus heat which i love and use alot for my back (i waslk with a crutch due to knee and back is hurting cause of it) anyways its starting to crap out from over use and wanted to know if any of you used any of the other ones out on market/ the more expensive ”shiatsu’ massagers that supposedly feel more like a real massage. I am looking for info on ones you put in chair/recliner like mine but didnt want to spend a hundred or more until I got some feedback.
thanks so much…i really want a deep feeling massage plus if it has heat thatd be a good addition.
The best Massage Chair out there is the Earthlite Avila 2.
It is pricey, but it had the best rolling case, it can accommodate anyone from 2 feet tall to some 7 Feet tall. It can hold up to 400lbs. Almost every part of the chair is adjustable, the face cradle, chest pad, arm rest. If you are the original owner, the parts have a lifetime warranty, and they will replace any broken part for free for as long as you own the chair. It has more options for adjustability than any other chair.
The Avila 2 gives each client the most comfortable ergonomic position their body can be in for receiving a chair massage.

Vibrational Healing And Tips To Raise Your Vibration
What is Vibrational Healing?
Every one of us has our own unique vibration or frequency, our ‘energy signature’ if you like, which is made up from the combination of the vibrations from our physical body and the subtle energetic bodies in the surrounding electromagnetic auric field. Through many years experience working as a vibrational healer since 1995 I have observed that for most people their natural vibration will be roughly commensurate with their body size and build. For instance a tall, muscle-bound man will naturally have a much heavier vibration than a petite female. People with natural healing gifts tend to have much finer vibrations than their body type would suggest. This is probably why women with their generally lighter body frames have a head start vibrationally and seem to outnumber men 4:1 in the healing arts as their vibrations are naturally higher and finer.
In an ideal state, energy flows freely throughout our physical body as well as through our etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual subtle bodies. In reality, most of us contain areas of blocked, trapped or stagnant energy from an accumulation of unresolved traumas and faulty subconscious beliefs. When energy can no longer flow freely, significant emotional, mental and spiritual hindrances to being happy in life can occur as well as physical discomfort and disease.
Vibrational healing works to clear through energetic blockages at all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – to rebalance a person energetically at all levels.
There are many, many forms of vibrational healing, such as:
- Hands-on healing modalities like Reiki, Seichim and Sekhem.
- Flower and Vibrational Essences
- Acupuncture and Acupressure
- Reflexology
- Shiatsu
- Sound Healing
- Colour Therapy
- Crystal Healing
- Emotional Free Technique (EFT)
- Aromatherapy
Although we each have our own general vibrational level, we can raise this to a higher level by doing personal development work, meditation and nurturing our body, mind and soul, to name a few.
Here are some of the Most Powerful, and fun, ones I incorporate into my daily personal practice:
WHAT RAISES YOUR VIBRATION / OPENS YOUR HEART?
- Feeling connected to all that is
- Spending time in nature
- Playing with animals and children
- Letting go of emotional baggage
- Surrendering your problems to higher forces
- Reclaiming your power
- Forgiving yourself and/or others
- Honouring and nurturing yourself
- Making playtime a regular part of your life
- Laughing out loud
- Beautiful music
- Prosperity consciousness
- Lifestyle changes to address stresses and frustrations
- Being content with what you already have materially
- High self-esteem
- Accepting responsibility for your actions
- Working in whatever nourishes you at a soul level
Of course we can easily lower our natural vibration if we allow ourselves to get caught up in the following:
WHAT LOWERS YOUR VIBRATION / CLOSES YOUR HEART?
- Holding onto old emotional hurts, such as resentment, bitterness, grief and sadness
- Not forgiving yourself and/or others
- Putting yourself down your list of priorities
- Holding back from speaking your truth
- Poverty mentality, fear of lack
- Not addressing stresses and frustrations
- Fear of failure
- Perfectionism
- Focus on accumulating material ‘trappings’, such as cars, houses, etc
- Self-criticism – Why do we accept self-criticism unquestioningly when we respond angrily to others’ judgments?
- Being judgmental towards others
- Low self-worth
- Victim mentality ‘poor me’, ‘woe is me’
- Being too ‘busy’ to nurture yourself
- Not being in alignment with your soul purpose
