what causes muscle vibration symptoms later in the night?

Early in the morning while sleeping, sometimes I wake up with a vibrating sensation. At first I thought that is the bed that is vibration. Then I realized it's actually my back muscles type of tremor. This has been going on for the last 3-4 months.
