What to do about the terrible Back Pain?

I am only 10 weeks along and I have horrible back pain that just will not go away. I have tried hot baths, sleeping with a pillow, Massager Electric chair (which is something that actually sits in a chair or sofa) … and keeps coming back. I will probably go for a professional massage soon, but obviously can not make a habit. ($ 60/hr each). Mu husband tries to help, but their "thumbs wounded "after a while and never get a massage …. please help me, my back kills! The place to go to have someone trained in pregnancy massage.
